Submit an Anima
he best way to request an appointment with a GP or other member of our healthcare team is to submit an online request. You can do this by clicking the link below which will take you to our ANIMA on-line requests page. ANIMA is a secure app which integrates with our practice systems and your medical record and helps us to offer better online access for our patients. You can also request other help via ANIMA, including for example sick notes or repeat prescriptions.
You can usually submit an online request via ANIMA from 8am till 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Help us to help you by submitting your ANIMA requests as early in the morning as you can. This is particularly important if you feel your needs are urgent and need dealing with same-day. The sooner we get your request the sooner we can start to work out how we can help you. However, once we have run out of our same-day appointments, if you need to be seen urgently, you are more likely to be signposted to a suitable alternative urgent care service
If you have already submitted an online request, please be assured we are dealing with your request. Please try to avoid sending repeat requests for the same issue, unless your symptoms have changed significantly, as this only slows us down.
